Change of mind returns
If an item has been received as advertised without fault, under the Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund or replacement. That being said, we understand that everyone changes their mind from time to time. If we're advised that you've changed your mind within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking then we can accept a return minus a restocking fee of 15% plus $25. If you would like to simply switch models we can generally do so with a $50 changeover fee in addition to any item price difference. Upon having your request approved, you must return the item within 7 calendar days. Please contact us for shipping instructions if you wish to proceed on this basis. Please note we do not accept change of mind returns beyond this time period or for any new items that have opened or damaged packaging.
If the item is significantly different from the description
We work hard to present all items on our website as accurately as possible. As much as we try to avoid it, on some occasions the information on our website may contain inaccuracies. If the item you have received is so different from the description that you would not have bought it, you are entitled to your choice of a replacement or refund and we may also offer you another remedy to consider. If your item has a minor problem we may repair it. If we can't repair it within a reasonable time or we cannot fix your problem, we will offer you your choice of a replacement or refund and we may also offer you another remedy to consider.
