How much is it?
We currently deliver to you for FREE, Australia wide. This applies to all our items, including all of our refurbished laptops and accessories.
We generally dispatch 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
We only list refurbished laptops that we have in stock and that have been checked over and tested. That being said, occasionally (rarely) dispatch may be delayed for unexpected reasons. If this is the case with your order then you will be contacted to see if you would like to wait, to have your order adjusted, or to cancel your order.
We dispatch our refurbished laptops via Australia Post's Parcel Post service with a Signature on delivery requirement. We have experimented with various couriers and have found Australia Post to be considerably more reliable.
Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery time estimates. Please note that that delivery times are out of our control and there may occasionally be delays.
We can send to either a street address or PO Box.
Please be sure to enter your full address including any unit, suite and floor numbers, and the business name if applicable.
The delivery process
You will be emailed your order's tracking link when your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched the address cannot be changed. We may not get your message in time before dispatch occurs so it's important that you check your address after placing your order and advise ASAP after if you wish to have your address adjusted.
The tracking will update to 'out for delivery' on the day that delivery is to be attempted. Australia Post is unable to leave your order without a signature from someone at your address. If they are unable to obtain a signature then they will generally leave your order at the post office for collection.
